The club would like to thank everyone who showed up and came to cheer for the MIT
Team at the MIT Invitational Tournament. We continued the tradition of
having the biggest and loudest cheering crowd. Our players also wore red
shoelaces to show our unity and team spirit.
Big thanks go to Brandon and Vivian, the co-captains who devoted endless
hours training and organizing the team. Special thanks goes to Patrick,
Lily, Camille, and Vivian's father who all brought delicious food to feed us
at the tournament.
Here are some pictures of the MIT Team at the tournament.
MIT placed 5th, after losing some very close matches to the 3rd placing
team, North Shore. The New York Badminton club won the tournament
decisively over Lake Placid US Olympic team. Harvard placed 6th overall.
