MITWPL publications follow the same general guidelines, which can be downloaded here. Your editor(s) should have directed you there, so please make use of it. If you are working in something other than MS Word, for instance LaTeX, contact your editor(s) about whether they can accept that format.
Contact the editor(s) of the volume your paper is to appear in about any requirements, deadlines and weird formatting problems. It is most likely that MITWPL will not know the answer to any question about a particular volume.
In addition to conforming to the style guidelines, please make sure that your references are complete and correct.
