Christian Bohr (1916-1934) The eldest son of Niels and Margrethe Bohr, Christian was named for his paternal grandfather. The younger Christian Bohr drowned when a unexpected storm blew into the Kattegat, where he, his father, and some friends were sailing. His brothers were Hans, Erik, Aage, Ernst, and Harald.

The youngest of the sons of Margrethe and Niels Bohr, Harald was named for his uncle, Niels' younger brother. His brothers were Christian, Hans, Erik, Aage, and Ernst.
