I'm a graduate student at MIT working with Professor Aude Oliva and Professor Chris Moore. I did my undergraduate work at UC Berkeley, working with Professor Richard Ivry.

I'm interested in memory capacity, underlying representations of objects and scenes, and how the neural system codes spatial dimensions. When I'm thinking broadly, I like to add in the temporal dimension of encoding, in memory retrieval processes and neural adaptation. When I'm thinking about applications, my favorite topic is about the optimal ways to present visual information using new digitial technologies so that people can access it, use it, learn it, etc, as fast and easily as possible.
