Athena quota through the ages

More or less every time there's a quota increase, people wax sentimental on zephyr about what the Athena quota used to be. I've put this together to help people figure it out. (And of course to punt.) If you have better info, please send it to me.

Source: Vanessa Layne '93 remembers that it was 1.2 when she was a frosh.
Other anecdotal evidence suggests it had been for quite a while, possibly back to the founding of project Athena. For those not old enough to remember, 1.2 MB was the capacity of a "High Density" 5.25-inch floppy disk.
