Simple construction and design for assembly is nice. Seems very feasible to build. One thing I'm wondering is if there is actual water in the well or no- if so do you have to design for water damage? I like the old school references to the material of the well, like it does seem like something back in time that a monster would come out of.

The step model looks practical and well-built. I see that it would be covered by plywood sheets, which is good to know given what seem to be pokey bits that people could bang their knees on.

The rendering is really nice for the step model- overall a very clear picture of the step and the well and they are visually consistent. Would want to see dimensions for all the models- like how tall is a person next to it? How wide is it?

It would be cool to explore how you would do the surface treatment to make it look like stone. Maybe painted plaster? You'd need to add it to your BoM.
