This model is a little hard to understand, as much of the critical information would be contained inside the core cavity section. Perhaps consider including a few section views to allow us to see where exactly the LEDs mount, and how the linear actuator hooks up to the other hardware. I can't really tell if the backplate is intended to move or not, or what the LED plate is from these images.

It looks like this core has been designed with assembly in mind, as the exploded view shows that things essentially are assembled linearly onto the baseplate. The core is also composed of geometric primitives, which would make manufacture much easier, while not sacrificing much on the aesthetics.

I don't really understand the functionality, like how the electric linear actuator ejects the control rods from the core, or how it actuates the push rods. I'm also a little confused about all the internals of the core including how the LEDs are integrated, how the electronics are wired, etc. More detailed CAD views or specifically isolating subsystems would have been helpful. It also would have been helpful to have the views orient the core so that it would face upward, like in the game, so it is a bit easier to understand.

Nice model. A little explanation of the cad rendering would have been nice - text focused on crane assembly and operation, but overall, it seems like you have a good plan, just based on the exploded view. A bill of materials or just description of what material it'll be made out of would be good, but great website design overall!

This core looks a little easier to manufacture than the previous "concrete" version, but doesn't look as cool. Have you considered applying the fake concrete surface finish to a box constructed as shown in this model?

The website design is very well laid out, and the organization of information is very helpful.

The use of color in the render is helpful to understand the system's function in the game, but the CAD of the nuclear core is pretty small and a little difficult to see all the details going on. It would have been helpful to see more detail or how things are integrated better. From the sketch model, I remember that there was more corrosion or visual effect on the core which would have been interesting to recreate as well.

Great aesthetic, and nicely designed website. It might have been good to have a few more pages, and split up the models so that they all had their own page and description, but overall I like the renderings and specific content in the website.

Nuclear core model -- well thought through, with the weighted insert on one side to stop the nuclear core from rolling. The list of materials helped me understand the piece more. I would like to understand how the rope connects to the acrylic cap. I imagine if two holes were drilled and the rope was tied through, that might be a good way to ensure durability. I would have also liked to have seen how the hook interacts with the rope. From the CAD drawings, it seems like the rods would slide off. (Though, perhaps that might be a part of the game.)

Website -- Functional. I understand the appeal of using a carousel for the storyboard, but it was hard to know which image was the first one. It might actually be more usable to place the images all on one page so the user can get a full overview of the experience without clicking back and forth.

The exploded view of the nuclear core shows what are all of its constituents. Enclosing the core in a transparent box is an apt choice as it serves not only to prevent the rods from getting lost, but also shows that the contents of the container could be hazardous. Adding some warning signs to the glass would further improve the desired effect.
