I like the space you've visualized for the room. Keep in mind that we wouldn't "dig into the floor" but would rather platform the edges of the room up if we want to have a sunken floor like this.

This looks like it will be a really cool space. Maybe think about what the walls are made of and how you can create a cool saloon space without too much cost and too many extra parts!

The room visualization shows the proportions and layout of the room clearly. I like the blueprint style that shows the details of the room. The style of the saloon doors fits the theme nicely. It would have been useful to see the decoration you plan to use. Will the floor and walls look like old wood? Will there be any indication to the players that the floor cannot be crossed? It is also unclear how the wheels fit in with the saloon setting. Perhaps they could be levers instead, decorated to look like beer tap handles at the bar.

The sketches are nicely and cleanly made. However, I would suggest having the tangible objects at different heights from the floor to give a little bit of randomness to the appearance.

The room layout is aesthetically pleasing with nicely added details to convey the storyboard gameplay. The renderings, although mostly, 2D are high-quality schematic drawings with fine details.
