The analysis is detailed and considerate. The writer considered comprenhensively about the user experience, from waiting for the elevator to exiting the elevator, from the exterior to the interior, and cover both types of passenger elevators in the Media Lab. However, some parts are not perfect: 1) The call buttons for the E15 passenger elevators: the writer mentioned young people might get confused with call button and instructions of the meanings of the buttons should be put on the panel. I feel like this is a over-design since the meaning of call buttons are basic general worldwide. Young people should get to learn the meanings of the call buttons. In the worst case, their accompanied parents could help them call the elevator. 2) Over-design also exists in the part of making people know which elevator to come first. Multiple factors could influence the arrival of elevator like the how fast people enter and exit the elevator and at which floor people call the elevator. In this the first elevator to come changes frequently. The signal of which elevator to come first does not improve the arrival speed. However, the frequent change of signal which one to come first would turn annoying. 3)Much idea is listed on the page and some are even put in the additional part on the bottom. I see some suggestions are overlapping like level indicator works for both the exterior, the call button and the elevator arrival. It could be great the writer simplify some idea and make a summary at the end of page showing which suggestion work for which scenarios. 4) I would appreciate a general summary of user experience and suggestions comprehensively
