The ATM critique clearly walks the reader through the background, benefits, basic features, and procedure of using an ATM to deposit and withdraw cash. The reader sees one ATM users experience very clearly, however the reader might wonder if other users have a similar experience.

1. One suggestion for improvement might be to add other's experience using ATMs to the analysis. This additional experience would allow readers to better see how ATMs can be improved to benefit the wider range of users, rather than just one particular user.

2. Another part of the analysis looks at possible design improvements for ATMs, and four possible solutions are suggested. These solutions are explained clearly, however they could be explained in even more depth with an additional picture. A picture would help the reader better see what the author was thinking as far as how the physical shape of the machine or the layout of the software could change to improve ATMs.

Overall, I think this site has a high quality and in depth introduction and description of one user's experience, and with information from other users experiences and pictures of proposed solutions could provide a very thorough overall analysis.

Your analysis of the ATM was very thorough. You provided a brief description of an ATM and had clear subsections for benefits, features, and procedure. Your user experience was thorough as well and made it feel as if I was going through the steps with you. I would have liked to hear what other people thought about the ATM user experience and whether they shared the same thoughts as you. You also outlined the problems and solutions well and gave adequate explanations as to why those problems exist. A picture or sketch of your solutions would help me picture what they would look like, but nice solutions otherwise.

Some improvements would be to have more research on other ATM designs that are available, these would inform on better ATM design decisions. The ATM critique was laid out and presented in a clear an easy to follow manner. The critique was split into parts of "Introduction", "Experience", "Problems and Solutions", and "References" with links at the top and bottom of pages, making it easy to navigate through the review. The first two pages had a good variety of text and images to keep the reader engaged and present material in multiple forms. The third page could have benefited from some images to help the reader more clearly see what the problems and proposed solutions were. In addition, images on the third page could help add variety to the text.

Overall, the site is clearly and cleaning laid out with consistent colors and title sizing. This format makes it easy to read and understand.

Your website had a nice and clean design. The colors worked well with the product chosen and the navigation buttons on the top were easy to use. I really liked how you had buttons at the end of each section to move on to the next section, it kept the flow of the analysis. I thought your user experience walk through was well done and easy to understand. You used the subtitles well and made it clear what each section was talking about, like in your introduction it was clear what the benefits and features were and in your problems and solutions what exactly they were. I would suggest putting a picture for your solutions just to give the reader a bit more clarity of what they might look like. Overall, nicely done!
