The analysis provides a detailed explanation of the problems of the user experience of the LuxerOne, and the use of pictures is especially helpful to illustrate the points made about the system's poor implementation. The analysis successfully fulfills all of the requirements of the assignment and completely addresses the shortcomings of the system and proposes hypothetical design improvements.

One thing that could be added to improve the report is a more detailed walk-through of the ideal process of retrieving a package, with pictures of the text message, the screen that you enter the code in, etc (although it was mentioned that there weren't any packages to pick up during the assignment window, unfortunately).

Another suggestion is to further elaborate on exactly what the sign or touch screen for newer deliverypeople would look like, with perhaps some illustration to exactly show some design points which could be improved in the UI of the LuxerOne. This would help deepen the analysis of why the system is suboptimal from a design standpoint, rather than just from its placement in a poor location.

I like your analysis and think that it offers a thorough explanation of the problem and presents some practical solutions to solving it. I think that you did a good job of setting up the problem and giving context, allowing the reader to be acclimated to what is being said. I also like that you researched other similar systems to see if there was overlap in the problem. A couple improvements that I would like to see are one, talking to people to get their opinions on the problem beyond just your perspective. This would give you more info to go off of and could include the deliverymen. Two, it would have been nice to see how the system worked and maybe a step by step process of how things should go, so that the correct process was made a little more clear. I know this may have been hard in the time constraint but its be cool if this were in future versions.

The background was very easy to follow and made me understand what the locker service was without hearing of it before. The experience section clearly showed the problem and it was good to have the pictures showing the packages on the floor. I agree that the main issue is the location accessibility of the lockers and having it in a more trafficked area would be more beneficial. Maybe some sort of guide next to the system ,would be helpful like you mentioned.

The presentation of the website is clear, uncluttered, and easy to read. The header and footer bars make the appearance rather professional, and the consistent greyscale color palette is aesthetically pleasing. Text is well organized and presents a logical pattern of thought which aids in the understanding of the article. Also, a good choice of easy-to-read font.

The website could be improved by adding navigation buttons to the bottom of the page as well so that you don't have to scroll up to the top of the page, although this is a minor complaint. Also, the name at the top and page titles are .PNG files instead of text and are low resolution, which makes them look a little jarring. Replacing these with text would be an easy fix.

I like the layout of your website and think that the flow is very clear and easy to understand. I like that each tab leads to the different pages, this helps to break things up and makes it less cluttered. I like how when clicking your name at the top it leads to the background page. I think that this was a good touch. I also like that each picture was captioned so that it is very clear what I am looking at and why it is there. I also like that the font highlights on the tab when you over over them, this is a nice touch and lets me know clicking does something. I think something that would have been cool is if there was a next arrow and the bottom of each page to go to the next one. Also I think that the text for the title of each page is a little blurry, not sure how to fix this but it is a little aesthetic thing. I like your website and it is easy to read and clearly presented.

I like the cleanliness and functionality of the header bar. I would have liked to see another title, at least on the first page, that tells the reader that you are analyzing specifically "LuxorOne Package Locker Systems".
