I believe this is a very thorough analysis and I could only think of a couple of suggestions.

1. As the temperature is high inside the machine, it might be good to have a "cool down" period after sanitization is finished. During this period, the door is locked but the cycle is finished. There can also be some sort of fan that brings outside air in the machine to cool down the plates. The cool down process finishes once we can be sure that users will not burn themselves by touching hot plates.

2. I really liked the water plumbing option that you included in the sketch. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any text explaining it more. It would be great if you could explain how this works and how the machine switches from manual filling to this water plumbing system. In addition, I think connecting the machine to the hot water of the building may result in a significant reduction in operation costs of it.

Overall the website looks good and I really like the sketches you have in the improvements sections. There are few minor things that I think could make the website look better.

1. For the parts that there is more text, I would recommend having more space between the lines as it becomes easier for the reader to follow the lines.

2. I think it would be great if you could provide some references for the scientific part of your introduction text, when you talk about certain temperature for sanitation and how sanitization happens.

3. You forgot to mention your name in your website!
