It is great to know that many minor problems can be easily solved by just working around the monetary incentives.

The analysis was very thorough, and I liked that more pictures than text were used. This made it easy to follow yet not too taxing to read. I liked the "Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" section, and the compilation of laundry complaints really drove the point home about what needed to be improved! The large blocks of text in the summary and solutions could have been broken up by a few more photos, but the analysis was incredibly thorough and it is clear that a lot of thought was put into it.

This is a very thorough human-use analysis. You clearly lay out the system that you are analyzing, the pros and cons of it, and have a lot of user interviews that shed light on how actual users view the product. The pictures of the laundry room really help to demonstrate how many different steps there are in this process.

It is interesting that although it's a complicated process, that is not the part that users find frustrating.

I personally prefer the webpage to be all on one page. Then, I can easily refer back to the previous discussion without having to click around.

Other than this, I find the user experience to be very clear and easy to understand, and the recommendations just remind you the problems directly.

Slightly confusing since in order to go back to a page you have passed, you have to go back to the main page and go forward again. A navigation bar would be very useful to prevent this problem! Overall, the website was well-formatted and clean, and it was clear that the design was thoughtful. The photo formatting on the Intro page was a bit disorganized, but on the other hand, the photos on the "lets try it out" page effectively created a clear and useful timeline. Overall, well done!

The presentation of the analysis is clearly laid out. It is easy to follow the logic through the analysis, and the site helps flow between ideas.

One thing to keep in mind in the future is to think about design aspects such as font, and how they communicate the goal of the site. For example, comic sans is generally not as serious of a font, and so it makes the analysis come off as a bit silly despite the fact that it is very detailed and well thought through.

The use of iconography was really nice and the layout was straightforward and easy to follow. The formatting on the "what can be better" was a little odd -- the whitespace felt excessive but otherwise, once again, good work.
