The look of the scroll is neat, but how big is it? Should you be able to see it from across the room? Is the image reversed (so the left side of the image is on the right side of the room- 180 degree translation)?

I wish you showed the actual mechanism of the two scroll concept. I think a video would have showed the state changes a lot better than a static picture of one state. Even if it doesn't work, your looks like model can still show how it's supposed to work.

I definitely appreciate the idea of having a scroll be the revealing image for the players. It seems to fit the classic Chinese theme very well and if well-executed has the potential to be very convincingly real. It might be nice to consider other artistic mediums for this reveal for the players!

I like the idea of a game element with two states (side A and side B). This will work well for the resetting aspect, but may not make the game repeatedly interesting if some players, who have already beaten the room, return with new friends. I like your projection idea because this allows you to change the room layout every time. You could even mount the projector behind the scroll screen (inside the wall) to make the set up more compact.

I very much enjoy this execution of a sketch model. It is made of simple materials and has given you insights into what can be done to make it more professional (e.g. make the drawings more antique). In terms of time spent creating and the knowledge gained, it seems to be a very successful visual test!

This is a great looks-like model. I like the attention to detail with the scroll design and decoration. I also like the cartoon style of the image because it gives the room a more playful feel, but this could also work well with a more realistic art style for the theme. It depends how immersive you want your experience to be. Either way the model clearly showcases the concept - nice work!
