I really like the idea of having the intersections be the manipulated portions of the tracks. A few thoughts:

-What questions were you trying to answer with this model?

-If an intersection isn't properly pushed in, what happens to the gumball? Does it just fall onto the floor since the track is elevated like the sketch model?

1. The concept is interesting as the players need to be quick otherwise the gumball would go in a different undesirable direction.

2. The concept is not too difficult to understand because everyone has dealt with child safe drug containers in his/her life.

3. If this concept is going to be used with 3 different colors, the designers should accurately determine every possible scenario for each color and make sure there is no way that the players get stuck if they play correctly. For example, if multiple gumballs are moving in a tube, how do the players make sure that one gumball will go once direction and the other one will go to another direction.

The sketch was helpful in conjunction with the works like model. I think it's easy to understand how this game works and how someone successfully completes it.

The idea was really well executed, your model looks clean and functions well. I wish you had answered a specific question about the gameplay, but from a mechanical viewpoint it is nice!

1. On the execution note, I think it would be better if the intersection can connect only 2 paths at a time instead of 3. When 3 paths are connected at the same time, it would be hard to determine which path the gumball would go.

Great execution, appreciated the video to show how the concept works because I was kind of unclear on how that happened.

I like the mechanism that you're using with the push and turn, but I wonder how intuitive it would be that you should push first. I think if you maybe put a "steering wheel" or something like that on the turn-y part instead (and took out the push part) it might be more obvious how to turn the thing.

You can then also make it so each junction only has two orientations so that there is no need to think about how to lock the turn-y thing into place because you could just make it come to a hard stop at either orientation
