As the archer enters the city, he immediately heads for the slums which is not very large in a city like the Holy City. He approaches a seemingly disfigured beggar. After much discussion the beggar gets up and starts to lead them. The archer says with a smile, "All under control."
Once outside the Holy City, the guide takes the duo through a very inhospitable swamp. The guide talks about quicksand and wild animals, things that make the Holy City safer from attack in this direction. After a quarter days walk, they reach a path leading through a series of hills that the guide says the dungeon lies in. The duo parts with the guide, and reaches the dungeon. Standing in front guarding the entrance is a hulk of a man in dark armor, obviously an evil knight.
"Hmmm... Let's see. I can try talking to him. I think that I might be able to associate with him."
