Reflection
The reflection is an individual paper 2-page report on the status of your project, what complications have arisen, and how you have resolved one of them. Address at least one core complication from your initial plan, define the complication, and explain how you addressed the issue. Also explain how you might suggest others avoid this issue in the future.

Explain the purpose of this report and outline your project.
- Status Update
Give the current status of your project in brief and outline the core complications that have arisen so far.
- Address a Complication
Explain one of these complications in detail and how you have addressed that issue. Outline how successful you have been in fixing the issue and explain any pending risks related to that issue.
