What is this?

This page provides a basic introduction to the Javascript language. It is intended for people for who have an elementary understanding of the World-Wide-Web and the HTML language but don't have a thorough understanding of World-Wide-Web programming. Basic knowledge of forms will be required though. If you think your skills in HTML and forms are a bit shaky, check these sites out. Otherwise, read on! Rather than concentrating on the syntax itself, this page concentrates on the conceptual background of Javascript.
