• The class events for this week are the midterm prep reciation (by Seth Musser) on 4/17, and the midterm test on Friday 4/19 in the usual class time (2:30-4pm) and classroom (3-370).
• Solutions to problem sets 1-4 are posted on the web-page for solutions.   Please note that access to this folder requires MIT certificates.
• There was a request to move future recitations to Wednesdays, and I have posted a modified tentative schedule.

• The midterm test will take place on Friday 4/19 in the usual class time (2:30-4pm) and classroom (3-370).
• The material covered spans lectures 1 through 19 (including the nonlinear sigma model)
• Reviewing problems/solutions PS1-PS4, and as posted for recitations 1 through 4 should help your preparation.
• The exam will be Open Book, but looking up material online is not permitted.

• Problem set 3 has been updated, with problem 4 made optional.
• There is a persistent problem with html files for lectures 10 and 11; the corresponding pdf files are lec10.pdf and lec11.pdf.

• Message from TA, Seth Musser: "I will be traveling for the next two weeks so we will have virtual office hours instead of having them in 8-320. They will be held on March 7th and 14th in my Zoom room: https://mit.zoom.us/my/swmusser at the usual 2-3pm EST time slot. Normal office hours will resume on March 21st in 8-320."
