Well , this survey was
definitely filled out by M.I.T. students ,
and you can see that very easily here .
We associate word vacations to summer , beach , traveling ,
sun , holidays ,similarly to French students .
But for us the vacation is even sleeping a little bit longer ,
or having a party or having just a little bit of free time
without problem sets and assignements .
It is interesting that some Americans would like to go to
Europe for vacation while no French would go to U.S.A. ...
I think that Europeans are aware that tourism is developped much
better
in Europe than in U.S.A.
I also noticed that Americans do not even mention winter tourism,
mountains and skiing .
Well , my questions are :
How long do you usually sleep per day during school year ?
Where do you go during winter vacation?
