New Landmark Shopping Center (former Sears Roebuck Catalogue Store)
From being one of the first "Mail-order Rattail Stores", anticipating its use to the suburban movement to come; now we can realize that it also anticipated shopping by internet. It became an empty structure for almost a generation until, in recent years, developers discovered its potentials as a historical landmark. I am sure that the restoration of the Old Sears Building,
