This website is a synopsis of a series of assignments pertaining to my interest and study of the Central Artery/Tunnel project in the downtown waterfront distric of Boston. The CA/T project is the largest public works project in the U.S. to date and it has exceeded the initial budget of $2 billion by some $13 billion. The project consists of routing I-93 underground through a newly constructed tunnel and removal of the existing elevated highway.
