Once you've completed the scavenger hunt, you get given a form which conspicuously has a number listed next to each of the scavenger-hunt criteria. Index into the criteria by the corresponding numbers, and the resulting letters spell out the answer to the puzzle, FOREIGN DISASTER RELIEF.
