Here is an unordered list of answers to the twenty round puzzles, for reference. The colors identify which puzzle answer this is (e.g. DAMP is the answer to the red/green edge cubelet).

Each of the answers has a single repeated bigram. These bigrams are used to identify a country, either using ccTLD or ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 (they’re equivalent for the countries used). These countries are all found within a single time zone. Using the military letter designations for the country’s time zone (as it would be during Mystery Hunt), we can convert each to a single letter. Reading these letters in a circle gives the answer DRAWBACK.
