Subway

1. Take the C line (green line) to Brandon Hall station, 2 stops past Coolidge Corner going outbound. It's a smallish stop, so request the stop by pushing one of the request strips. You can also get off at the next stop (Fairbanks St), almost the same distance, and features a downslope walk, but no nice crosswalk to cross Beacon St.
2. Head towards the middle of Brandon Hall and Fairbanks, crossing Beacon St.
3. Next to the tall apartment building, is a somewhat steep private way (Intervale Crosscut). From there you'll see our house on the right on the corner of the private way and Griggs Road, number 103.

Wheelchair accessible:

1. Take the C line (green line) to Washington Square Station.
2. From the outbound direction, cross Beacon St and continue down Washington St.
3. Turn left on Griggs Road. We are on the left at the intersection of the private way.

Bus

1. From Harvard, the 66 bus is probably the fastest route. Get off at Coolidge Corner (Harvard St @ Beacon St). Either walk down Beacon St in the outbound direction, or take the Green line 2 stops and follow Subway directions.
2. The 65 bus runs down Washington St. to Kenmore (Green Line). It also shares a stop with the CT2 bus in the Longwood area. Get off at the Gardner Rd stop, then walk slightly west and walk up the Private Way. Our house is straight ahead on the left.
3. From MIT @ Mass Ave, the fastest way is the 1 bus to the Hynes Convention Center Station. From there, transfer to the C line going outbound to Brandon Hall Station.

Driving

From MIT:

• Cross the river at the BU bridge.
• At the end turn right onto Comm Ave.
• Turn left on Babcock St, about 3 lights. Continue until it ends at Coolidge Corner.
• Turn left onto Harvard St.
• Turn right on Marion, at a Mobil gas station.
• Turn left on Park (the next intersection)
• At the end, turn right on Washington St.
• Take the first right onto Griggs Rd. Follow it to the left, keeping the park on our right. We're on the right just past the private way.

Parking:

Brookline allows 2 hour street parking without permit (no time limit on Sundays). Parking is not allowed between 2-6am. Do not park on the private way across from the house; those are assigned parking spots for the apartment building. You can park on Griggs Road on the side opposite the house (our side is no parking). There is also metered parking along the T on Beacon St. Pay attention to the meter restrictions; meters tend to be on until 8pm.
