New Montage Video Celebrates Nine Massachusetts Massachusetts TeachersTeachers and their BLOSSOMS Lessons
MIT BLOSSOMS is pleased to release a short video in honor of nine Massachusetts science and math teachers who have recently contributed to our online repository of video lessons. These teachers hail from schools in Swampscott, Newton, Concord, Wellesley, Boston, Springfield and Canton. BLOSSOMS is extremely grateful for their excellent contributions and is planning an event to honor them in May. Watch here.

Six-Month Online MOSTEC Program Gives High School Students Confidence to Succeed in Math and Engineering
mostecIn the six-month MIT Online Science, Technology, and Engineering Community (MOSTEC) program, high school seniors from across the country who have a strong academic record and interest in science and engineering complete online coursework and projects in science, engineering, and science writing during the summer in the Academic Phase (July through August). When the summer ends, students enter the Enrichment Phase (August through January) and continue to learn more about science and engineering; interact with faculty, researchers, and professionals via webinars and Q&A sessions; and receive online mentorship from undergraduates, graduate students, and industry professionals.
