Integrated Photonic Devices and Materials Group

Emily Warlick was a member of Prof. Kolodziejski's research group from 1995 to 1997 earning a Masters in Engineering in 1997 from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. She conducted research in the growth and doping of ZnSe with nitrogen and chlorine using molecular beam epitaxy and gas source molecular beam epitaxy on III-V epilayers on GaAs wafers resulting in a M.Eng. thesis titled "The Effect of Nucleation on the Quality of MBE-ZnSe/III-V Heterostructures." She is currently the President of UrbanRide, Inc. which she co-founded with Jeremy Milikow.
