Hatsugama (on January) 　　　　　　　　　　　　　 This is the first kattle-the first and the most festive presentation of tea in the New Year. After preparing the charcoal fire under the kettle, we will have a meal with sake, followed by Koicha and Usucha - thick tea and thin tea.
