Proposal Development |
| The Inbox window shows proposal-related messages that have been sent to you. The Message section at the bottom of the window shows the text of a message highlighted in the listing section above. Messages are classified as resolved or unresolved, and the Inbox contains a separate listing for each of these two types. The Subject field indicates why the message has been directed to you:
All messages initially appear in the Unresolved page. If you want to move a notification or rejection message to the Resolved page, follow the instructions in the section below, Change resolved/unresolved status. After you approve or reject a proposal, the associated Inbox message moves to the Resolved page. | |||||||||

| On the File menu, select Inbox. The Inbox window appears, with the Unresolved messages listed. Use the Resolved and Unresolved tabs to access each type of message. | If you want to view or modify a proposal associated with a message, use the Action menu options Modify Proposal or Display Proposal. | |||||||||

| You can change the status of some types of messages:
On the Action menu, select the option Change Status. The message moves to the other status window. | |||||||||

| You can delete some types of messages:
On the Action menu, select the option Delete Message. Note: You cannot delete a message related to a proposal routed to you for approval, but you can delete a message for a proposal if you are the alternate approver. | |||||||||

| Save your changes when the Save prompt appears. |
