Accomplishment Tasks

  1. Evaluate each team member’s technical skills and team competencies.
  2. Promote skilled communication amongst the members by facilitating discussions on adapting the team maintenance systems. Skillful conversations are centered on teaching each other what has been learned to comfortably and efficiently enhance the team's goals and objectives.
  3. Manage conflict efficiently by ensuring that no team member ignores other team members' communications about how certain procedures or behaviors are not productive.
  4. Review reporting activities to ensure that they are organized to communicate efficiently to those outside the team.
  5. Team leader is now delegating tasks to other team members because there is high competence and high commitment to the team's performance and efficiency.
  6. Put a ten-minute discussion period on the agenda to discuss how to manage the performance of the team.
  7. Review each member's progress to decide if the members are satisfied regarding their skills and if they are experiencing a feeling of control over their project. Discuss changes by brainstorming and changing the activity lists.
