2.74 Optimal Product Redesign - Fall 1996

Coffee Mill Redesign
Most commercially available coffee mills suffer from serious design flaws
such as excessive vibration and noise, as well as being difficult to empty
and clean. We redesigned the mill with the goal of reducing these undesirable
characteristics and adding features that would make the product more functional
and "user friendly." The new product operates much more quietly, and offers the
convenience of a removable base.
