    The Kennedy Center, in conjunction with its African Odyssey initiative,
    invites higher education faculty and students to participate in an online
    discussion area to develop strategies for integrating the visual and
    performing arts in African Studies programs.
    The kcaac listserv has been established to specifically focus on issues and
    strategies to 1) ensure a greater role for the visual and performing arts in
    teaching and learning about Africa (in k12 through higher education
    programming), and 2) determine how the Kennedy Center and other presenting
    institutions and organizations can provide leadership and support for the
    above.
