Scanner-Friendly Resumes II

• Everything should be left-justified

• Use 8 1/2" x 11" paper, printed on one side only

• Use 20 lb. copy grade paper, or slightly heavier

• If you have a second page, put your name on the top of page two

• Do not fold or staple the resume. Send it flat in a large envelope

• Send a regular copy of your resume along with the scannable version
