Operation Nighshade

Co-inventor of the ARD device, with Dr. Lazlo Antona. After the beginning of Operation Nightshade, Dziec was the only of the two to continue working with the Project.
Dr. Dziec is widely regarded as the more `down-to-earth' of the two inventors, and responsible mainly for the technical implementation of the ARD device. He is also regarded as the less politically vocal member of the research team, having never testified on a war-crimes channel of any kind.
Dr. Dziec is a favorite example among philosophers and students thereof of the "Heartless Scientist," a figure who can be trotted out in any useful number of hypothetical. Dziec is however, to the impartial observer, not by any stretch of the imagination the cruel researcher he might have seen debated against in the past. Even Dr. Antona writes:
Bart always had his own kind of integretity. He'd never go home even a little bit earlier than the official closing time. Personally, I'd not ask him to argue a finer point of philosophy -- that's what philosophers are for, he'd say! But once he made up his mind, he was as good as his word, he wouldn't lie to you.
Dr. Dziec is a social recluse, and eschews public areas, so are interviews of him are nearly nonexistent.
