* TRANSCRIPTS BEGINS *

[LIAS] -- knows that all I'm saying is that the Bureau can't continue to
support these operations much longer. With no other leads on him,
we might need to cave in. We need dirt, Dziec.
[DZC] Cave in? But the President's already stated that we'd try to negotiate
       with him until --
[LIAS] With all due respect, there are presidents and there are _presidents._
[DZC] You mean you'd --
[LIAS] Let's just say that some orders are so _good_, they just keep on going
'till they can't go any more. As long as Burngray doesn't tell Hays
_not_ to prove he's a terrorist, we'll still be following the old --
[TECH] Okay to start?
[DZC] What? Yeah, go do it.
[OP3] By the way, Sir, I've heard there's a problem with funding and I was
       wonder --
[LIAS] Who told you that?
[OP3] Well, I heard one of the Tech's --
[DZC] Listen up. You do your job for the Project, you complete your
operation, and nothing's going to happen to our funding, okay? A
successful project gets (unintelligible) funding, okay? Well, are you
       ready?
[TECH] Oh! Uh. Yes, sir! Running the diagnostics... we're clear.
[DZC] Phase one.
[TECH] Starting ARD
[TECH] _________: Check.
       _________: Check.
       _________: Check.

[TECH] Attention Operatives. I will read to you your instructions as
specified in in Revised Procedural Document 23J-ARD: ARD Location
Protocol. It is important that you remain physically comfortable for
the duration of your mission. If you are not, please notify us
       immediately.

You will now attempt to locate the target known to you as LESSER. You
will attempt at all costs to remain in contact with the target until
you are no longer able to maintain contact. This operation is of
paramount importance; you must remain with the target at all costs.

[LIAS] That's different, Dziec.
[DZC] Dangers were overestimated. They're safe.
[LIAS] That's not what Antona said.
[DZC] Antona didn't know (unintelligible) when he was _in_ the loop, and now,
he couldn't tell his (unintelligible) from a hole in the ground. And
       activating... in three. Two. One.

[OP7] Erm. Erm. Almost.
[OP3] With. Perfect. Almost. He who is --
[OP7] Recognizing the power behind the words I said that she said, she said
then I said, but hers better. Nearly there, can't trust them. Devious,
perfidious. Can't admit what they're losing to us, no them. Always say
       them.
[OP3] Try to sleep, ________.

[LIAS] (Unintelligible)! He said his (unintelligible) name!
[DZC] Hey, calm down. We aren't exactly circulating this.
[LIAS] He's not supposed to say his (unintelligible) name!

[OP7] Why they're come to me? Justice...? Unlikely. Too slow. Far too slow.
Dragging their heels all the way. Say whether because of the offer
or the dock? Taxbreak even, after all this? That's what we need?
Competition like-mannered, gives away same. Better burnt offering.
Better death. Better division. Better greed.
[OP3] Go to sleep, ________. No reason to stay with these thoughts. Let them
go. You know what you need to do -- the same as you've done. Take,
seize, grab. Look, I've got an island! Look, I'm rich! So now everyone
is good, because I've said so? I wouldn't take a life; nobody else
       would?
[OP7] Not tonight of all nights! Enough. The killings on the dock? Mine.

[LIAS] My God! We've got him! We've got the killer!

[OP7] ... every one. The blood, the explosion, more than culpable. I did
it. Words move mind, mind moves hand, hand moves death. I move words,
pushing and pulling them, twisting and boiling them, until a lie
becomes the truth and takes with it --
[OP3] Am I really a killer? Yes, of course! Ruthless, cold-blooded! The
television says so! What does victory prove when exacted from the
corrupt? Only proofs of corruption! But on the television I see it: a
man who pretends to be myself. Covered now in dirt and blood, with
arms full of explosives. Me! Objectively so, in hundreds --

[DZC] What the --

[OP7] Me I forgive; him I know. But when others do? For them, contempt! For
forgiving me there can be no forgiveness; to forgive what they see is
       unimaginable.
[OP3] Sleep, sleep. For pardoning's in pardoning, receiving's in
giving. True: almost! Sell life? Selling life? Riches beyond riches?
Sell truth for life, and life for truth. Buy truth for life, life for
truth. Give truth for life. life for truth.
[OP7] Sleep. Words. Nothing. Nothing more to do, soon. Needed. Necessary.
       Contentment. Needed.
[OP3] Memorable times fall stringy floorish calling downwards amniotic sac
       sack sake.

[DZC] He's phasing out. Tune him back in. We need that information
[TEMP] That's out of bounds, sir; we can't do that.
[DZC] I can, and you will.
[LIAS] You're sure? Bart?

[OP3] Now listen to the sounds outside my window below this hotel room too
expensive as will all the rooms be home, when we win. Listen! Dirty,
cold holds pawing in garbage. Hand to mouth, mouth to stomach, night to
night. Listen! Stop ignoring. Failure tastes this way: All goals
fulfilled, but not what I wanted! Killer, traitor, murder, liar! Worst
of all, self-justifier and hypocrite! Bring this to your people, bring
them a television to sing to them the songs of death, raise them as its
       own! Mine! My fault!
[OP7] Free San Corenzo! Free San Corenzo! Free San Corenzo!
[OP3] Sleep. Sleep, no more time, over soon enough.
[OP7] Over soon enough! Free San Corenzo! Over Soon Enough! Free San Corenzo!
[OP3] Stone as I shone it, dust as they crushed it: my country, life to the
       world. Light too? Me? Stupidity!
[OP7] Guilt is mine. Whose credit? A plant's.
[OP3] Fire. Pyre. Dyer. Liar.
[OP7] Sleep now of all nights and surround the world with the cloak of your
breath. Encompass. No more shall to wonder at the sound your voice.
Sleep now. Every that can come will then gone. Sleep now. Sleep,
       rise, and sleep.

(Pause)
[DZC] We missed him! We (unintelligible) missed him. He was that close to
implicating the bombers who did the dock.
[LIAS] Mister Dziec, it is my considered opinion that your Operation
Nightshade is a failure. Lesser thinks he's innocent. We have a big
(unintelligible) problem here: a terrorist who feels guilty for
       crimes he didn't do.
[TECH] Holy (unintelligible)! Guys, look at this! He's moving.
[TECH] That's _wrong_! He's supposed to be out for another day, min.
[TECH] Well, look! He just opened is eyes.
[DZC] My god. This is bad.
[LIAS] And on top of that, you pushed him to hard, damn it! Can he talk?
[TECH] Can you talk?
[OP3] Uh.
[TECH] Come on, what's your name?
[OP3] Here. Mine, I know.
[TECH] Your _name_. What's your name?
[OP3] Name? _______________.
[LIAS] (Unintelligible)!
[TECH] We've got a transference on our hands!
[DZC] No, you're wrong. You're not __________, you're ________! You're an
Operative for the Kopfberg Project. Operative number 3.
[LIAS] Do you understand that?
[OP3] I killed to many people. I can't go back.
[DZC] Turn that thing --
