The History Page/The About this School Page

This page's function is often merged with that of the welcome page, but with more of a slant on the history. The difference in function is that only people who care about it will see it, and that it doesn't really lead anywhere, rather than it being the information that everybody looking for an address or phone number has to scroll through.
