Lud and Marie

Lud and Marie are a not so happily married couple who angst over their seeming failures as parents. Lud can't seem to stop telling Marie what's wrong with her and Marie can't seem to explain to Lud that it bothers her. The two of them have their grandchild, Agnus, foisted upon them when Agnus's father and step mother kick her out. They feel that they may have failed with Janet, but they still love their daughter and grand-daughter and vow to give another try at getting through to Agnus.
