Please print the PDF permission form. Fill
out the
top of the form, and then submit it to either Doug Lauffenburger
or Linda Griffith for their signature. Then ask a member
of the lab to train you in how to use any relevant equipment,
in the relevant safety procedures, and in the relevant
waste procedures. Once you have been trained, the student
will sign the form and file it. At that point, you will
be able to use the equipment whenever it is available.
Thank you for your cooperation with this policy. It is
intended to allow our group to keep track of how our
equipment is being used and to attempt to insure quality
control on equipment usage, safety procedures, and waste
handling procedures.
