Dance Troupe's 1999 Spring Concert Ticket Reservations

Dance Troupe's ticket reservation policy is as follows:

Tickets can be reserved via e-mail addressed to dt-tickets@mit.edu or, during the week of the concert, at the ticket booth in Lobby 10.

Reserved tickets are set aside under the name of the reservee, but will go on sale

30 minutes before show time.
At that time, all unclaimed reserved tickets will be sold on a "first come first served" basis. The box office at the place of performance (Little Kresge Theatre) will be open an hour before each showtime.

Tickets can also be put on "paid reserve." This means that the ticket is paid for, but held by our box office. Such a ticket can be picked up anytime, including after the show starts.* "Paid reserve" tickets can only be arranged at the ticket booth in Lobby 10. Because "paid reserve" tickets will not be resold, there will be no refunds for "paid reserve" tickets that are not claimed for a given show.

Ticket price clarification:

"In advance" ticket price applies to tickets bought before the box office opens for a given show. For example, "in advance" tickets for the Friday evening show can be bought in Lobby 10, reserved and picked up 30 minutes before show time, or bought before a preceeding concert showing.

"At the door" ticket price applies to all tickets bought at the box office before a given performance.

* - Admission to a show in progress will be limited to a short break ~10 minutes into the show and at intermission between acts.
