MIT Copytech provides a full blend of services supporting a variety of events, presentations and conference needs. Staff members are readily available to assist with questions regarding conference material printing, event promotion and easy online ordering requests.
MIT Copytech is a state-of-the-art digital print environment and our event services include:
- Design Assistance: We can refer you to a select group of design partners chosen by MIT Communications Initiative.
- Conference binders and associated materials.
- Color and b&w printing: The latest digital technology and finishing services.
- Business Cards: Official MIT branded cards ordered through our online store as well as customized cards are available
- Large format printing: A wide variety of stocks and applications are available.
- Envelope printing: Short run, cost efficient solution for envelopes and letterheads.
- Imprint Services: T-shirts, mugs, mouse pads or more using our imprint services.
- Infinite Display Service: Advertise your event on campus. Three zones and 21 screens available for maximum exposure.
- Name badges, place cards and lanyards.
- Fulfillment of conference materials and onsite delivery.
- Free Campus wide pick-up and delivery service
Our community efforts include collaborating with many initiatives including; the MIT Working Green Committee and participant in Earth Day Activities. As the largest user of recycled paper MIT Copytech has been an ardent advocate for making the right green product purchasing decisions and will continue to work collaboratively with campus sustainability efforts.
