Repair & Maintenance Operations

The Repair & Maintenance Operations group is responsible for a comprehensive range of operational activities, from managing the stockroom and the Operations Center to implementing Building Automation Systems, Capital Renewal, Project Management, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

The Operations Center continuously monitors all life safety and mechanical systems, including fire alarms and heating and cooling systems. Team members work 24/7 to ensure quick response to emergencies and to make sure that all critical systems are functioning.
