L'autorité semble pour beaucoup d'entre nous liée à l'autorité parentale, au rôle d'éducation qu'ont les parents envers leurs enfants. Que pensez-vous de cet aspect?

I agree with your observation. education is certainly influential (especially that by parents in your case?), but also the political system is important. they elect semi-directly the President, for example, in America the leadership is appreciated. this idea directly relates to the idea of authority.

In France do people, especially children, heartily respect their parents as the authority existence?
