Glyco-gene Chip



Core's Responsibility


Sample Processing: 1. RNA will be reverse transcribed in the presence of fluorescently labeled dNTP analogues.
2. Labeled RNA will hybridize to the Glyco-gene Chip.
3. The Glyco-gene Chip will be scanned using a confocal scanner.
4. Data files will be obtained and sent to the investigator.
Data Analysis: After your samples have been processed by the Gene Microarray Core (E), you will receive several detailed data files for each Glyco-gene Chip.
