Remember, fields with “*” are required.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Leave the Visibility option on Private. This way only you, HR and your managers will see your goals.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The tool provides you with Spell Check and Legal Scan, a feature that looks for legally inappropriate language (do not rely solely on this option if you have any concerns).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Update the status of the goal by using the drop down feature and selecting the correct status. This is probably not necessary at this point.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Use one of these buttons when you are ready. Save Changes saves what you’ve entered. Cancel closes the Add Goal dialog box without saving. The Back button will return you to the Create a New Goal screen but keeps what you've entered. To rate this goal click one of the circles. Three tabs on the right will show your manager's comments once they've been entered and details about this goal. As for Saving your comments don't worry. Scroll to the bottom of the form and locate the buttons on the right.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Click the Save and Finish later button to save your work if you are not finished. You will be returned to the&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;page which lists your forms.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Click the Send to Manager after you have completed all the steps in your self-assessment.  When you click the Send to Manager button, an additional Send to Manager box opens giving you a place to add a message to your manager. Adding a message is optional. At some point you will have your review meeting with your manager. You will open the form one last time.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Review the form and read your manager's Summary Comments. You may enter your own comments at this point if you wish. At the bottom, right of the form you will see the Acknowledge Receipt button. Click that button, add a message if you desire and click Acknowledge Receipt on the open message box. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Acknowledge Receipt does not imply agreement or disagreement, simply that you have had an opportunity to review this form.
