If you are not already running a web server on your machine, setting
up Mindterm SSH involves running "./setup.sh" script as root from
this directory.

If you are already running a webserver, you simply need to copy the
four files (main.html, ssh.html, ssh-mac.html and mindbright.jar)
into the root directory of your web server; you can rename the
main.html file to another name of your choice if it conflicts.
