Building TRN for the Sipb locker:

The file "ATHENA.conf" contains all the platform-independent answers
for installing trn in the Sipb locker.  I recommend that you build trn
with the command:

	./Configure -s -f ATHENA.conf

The configure script usually does a fairly good job of determining the
right answers for your system, but it's not perfect, so be ready to
tell it when it screws up.
