Professional Interests: Dr. Richards is interestd in improving Kodak's global manufacturing competitiveness. He joined the Research Laboratories in 1969, progressing through product and process development assignments as well as several manufacturing responsibilities. Recent assignments have broadened his perspective to deal with technology and operational improvements which significantly impact the total supply chain for Quality, Cost, and Delivery. Current responsibilities include alignment of product strategies and manufacturing capabilities with future business plans. Implementation of beneficial manufacturing improvements at worldwide sites, on time and within cost, is the ultimate goal.
