e-Well Tips

Fact vs. Myth
August 15, 2003

There seem to be dieting tips everywhere you look. Years ago it was all about eating only grapefruits or cabbage, then we were told to eat a high-carb diet, now we should eat a low-carb diet, and what about fat? Should we eat non-fat foods or can we eat eggs and bacon every morning?

Here is a great link to answer any burning questions about dieting that you may have, including...

Is it okay to eat late at night?

What's better...low-fat or low-carb?

Are baked potatoes and peanuts good for me or bad for me?

Is it okay to snack in between meals?

Have fun learning FACT from FICTION!
