Putting the Pieces Together

The recipe for "good health" includes a bit of this and bit of that....a bit of "walking" with a bit of "weight training"....a bit of "planning ahead" and a bit of "everything in moderation"....a bit of "stretching" and a bit of "keeping a healthy weight." Putting all the pieces together is no small task, but it IS possible. Need some help? Here are some past e-Well Tips that may be just the information you need! Even if you've read them before...sometimes timing is everything...NOW may be the time to start something new.

Are you currently doing some aerobic exercise like walking on the treadmill or taking an aerobic dance class, but you're thinking about adding in some weight training?
