Putting the Pieces Together

The recipe for "good health" includes a bit of
this and bit of that....a bit of "walking" with
a bit of "weight training"....a bit of "planning
ahead" and a bit of "everything in moderation"....a
bit of "stretching" and a bit of "keeping a
healthy weight." Putting all the pieces together is no
small task, but it IS possible. Need some help? Here are some
