The Student Alumni Association (SAA) is a student group that partners with the MIT Alumni Association to provide students with leadership and volunteer experiences consistent with their service as exceptional ambassadors of the Institute. The SAA serve to ignite connections between students and alumni to preserve rich MIT traditions and fellowship by: promoting the continued pride and well-being of the MIT community, increasing the awareness of Alumni Association resources, and fostering conversations that allow students to learn more about the Institute and the role they can play in its continued pursuit of making a better world.

The SAA, an ASA-recognized group sponsored by the MIT Alumni Association. They have the opportunity to interact with campus VIPs and alumni who may become valuable career contacts. Members also have the chance to develop and receive training in leadership, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
